Nkuli Mkhize is the owner and Managing Director of the Mteule Group of companies. She is a highly motivated, dynamic, solutions oriented and innovative thinker. She has in excess of 20 years’ experience as a professional, manager, executive and leader in investment and trade promotion, economic development, investment banking and development finance.
Nkuli has over the years worked for/with UCT, Sedgewick Noble Lownes (now Alexander Forbes), the SA Embassy in Tel Aviv, the SA Consulate in Dubai, Investment South Africa (ISA – now TISA), Wesgro, the DBSA, the Jobs Fund and Deloitte. Nkuli has a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT), and a Masters in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She is also a graduate of the Bank SETA Stern University/GIBS Executive Development Program in Investment Banking.
She is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative (ALI), a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society as well as current and retired board member of several companies in the Non-Profit, Metals Beneficiation and ICT sectors.
Nkuli is the author of both a published book on the network marketing business model, as well as a published thesis on the South African Private Equity Industry.
She has been the Managing Director of Mteule Group since January 2014. She is passionate about the empowerment of others, particularly economic empowerment and wealth creation and that’s what drives the direction of the business.
